We prepare a proposal suited to your project, based on the needs identified and the available budget.

Organising the details
Once the proposal is approved, we follow the preparations included in the service and bring together everything the event requires.

Coordination
We organise activities, timings and communication with everyone involved, following the agreed plan.

The event
We oversee the delivery of the contracted services, ensuring organisation, flow and attention to detail.
You will have our support throughout every stage included in your contract.

What sets us apart
Founded by a bride
Sonare began when Hellen needed a wedding planner for her own wedding. We plan every event from the side of the people celebrating it.
A written running order
The day is written out hour by hour, with who does what. That document is what the team follows during the event.
Briefing before doors open
The team meets on site before guests arrive to review timings, seating and each person's role.
An identifiable team
Coordinators, bartenders and waiting staff wear Sonare uniforms, so guests and suppliers always know who to ask.

You always speak to the same person, by phone or WhatsApp, and follow the preparations without coordinating suppliers.
Book only what you need
You can request just the ceremony, the bar or the waiting staff. Every proposal is built by service.
